You can delete your account and all associated data at any time — permanently, and without needing to reach support first.
The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside PetKeeper:
Tap the Settings tab from the bottom navigation.
Scroll to the "Danger Zone" section at the bottom of Settings.
Confirm twice — this is deliberately a 2-step confirmation to prevent accidental deletion.
Everything saved on your device, your cloud records, and your stored photos and documents are deleted immediately.
