Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using the PetKeeper mobile application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using PetKeeper (the "App"), developed by Forneex ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

2. Veterinary Disclaimer (Not Medical Advice)

Important medical notice: PetKeeper is strictly an organizational logbook and record-keeping tool. It does not provide veterinary medical advice, professional diagnosis, prescription verification, or emergency medical treatment. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical guidance concerning your pet.

Reminders, schedules, and any calculations shown in the App are derived solely from your own input and are provided for informational and organizational purposes only. You are responsible for the accuracy of all entered data.

3. User Accounts & Data Security

If you use optional cloud synchronization, you're responsible for keeping your account credentials (such as your Google account) confidential, and for notifying us of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

When using PetKeeper, you agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or compromise the security of our cloud storage or database systems.
  • Upload malicious code, corrupted files, or unlawful content to the cloud storage layer.
  • Abuse or attempt to exceed the allocated storage quota (100 MB per account).

5. Intellectual Property

PetKeeper's source code, UI design, icons, and branding are the intellectual property of Forneex. All rights reserved. You retain full ownership of the personal pet data and documents you upload.

6. Termination & Account Deletion

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it and requesting account deletion via in-app Settings or our Account Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or attempt malicious exploitation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forneex shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data or medical consequences — arising from use or inability to use the App.
